Please note: We are a work training program. All packaging is done by participants of the program. Handling rates are individually determined by value, weight, and handling time spent to properly pack sale items. For multiple items won, we will do our best to accommodate a discount where feasible. Please use the shipping calculator provided to determine shipping costs. We reserve the right to ship for the same quoted price using FedEx ground or another carrier. We usually use FedEx. Shipment of your item will occur within 1-3 business days from the day your payment is received (not including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays). Our packaging and handling cost is stated in the calculated shipping rates.

All of the rules listed herein are binding and applied to this sale unconditionally. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to determine if the sale item meets their need. In the event a return is necessary, buyer must first contact us to obtain return instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back to Merit Enterprise are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us with questions or concerns prior to offerding. We take great pride in our response and wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

The items we provide are either donated as surplus or consigned to us for sale. We are not experts on everything we sell, so some of our knowledge may be limited. Your help is always appreciated with any of our items. We describe our items to the best of our ability and descriptions added can include manufacturer\'s specifications but serve only as a guideline.
