Return Policy:1.) Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return. 2.) A return can only be authorized if the item is in the same new condition as sent, OR if the item fails an initial test conducted within 30 days and prior to final installation. 3.) DOMESTIC RETURNS: Returning a new item as sent - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges outgoing, and all return shipping charges. 3A.)Returning an item that fails initial testing within 30 days (Dead On Arrival) and prior to final installation- Seller will pay for outgoing and return shipping. 4.) INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Buyer pays for shipping/customs charges outgoing and returning in both cases (See Statement 2).
Refund- 1.)If a return is authorized, a full refund for the total purchase price and applicable shipping will be issued pending an inspection by the seller to confirm condition of the item. 2.) A refund will not be issued if a returned item (returned as a new item), shows signs of installation or modification. 3.) Dead On Arrival (Domestic) returns will receive a full refund including outgoing and returning shipping charges. 4.) Dead On Arrival (International) returns will receive a refund for the purchase price (less outgoing shipping/customs charges).
Combined Shipping Policy
We will combine shipments to reduce costs for customers purchasing multiple items.
After customers have completed their multiple purchases they should request an invoice.
We will package and weigh the entire purchase and provide an invoice, including shipping and handling.
Shipping rates are generated using the shipping calculator.
Handling charges per shipment are determined by size of the item, as well as additional packing requirements on delicate instruments. See individual item for cost.Domestic Shipping .
We ship using UPS and FedEx to provide en-route package tracking. International Shipping
We ship using UPS and USPS.
Shipping via UPS is more efficient and customers are provided with en-route tracking.
Items shipped by USPS cannot be tracked.
International buyers are responsible for any and all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees. Freight Shipping
We have very competitive rates for shipping freight.
All items are palletized, banded or shrink wrapped before they leave the warehouse.
If shipping to residential address, there is an additional fee assessed by the freight company.
