The load platter (stainless top tray) includes optional Customer Guard. This is an add-on option not originally included with the XC100 model and had been purchased separately (included with our units).
Although no certification is provided, the unit was recently in a national grocery store were it operated as certified. Unit was in a working environment; store is currently getting fully remodeled.
Unit in nice working order. No damage and only minor signs of use. Printer works perfectly. Fast Prints. Both label roll holders included (No label rolls included). Both Operator and Customer screens are Mint with no bad pixels or issues. Touch Screen perfect with no problems. Integrated unit level device with clear glass.
Full Diagnostic printout shown in photos and included. This isnt simply a test print from the home screen. This is the full device configuration which can only be accessed in the setup menu which requires password (Password Included). Full diagnostic print which shows no issues.
Serial Numbers recorded for fraud prevention.
Ships with care. We use new shipping boxes specifically sized for these units. We use an insert so there is no pressure on the scale during shipping. Unit is wrapped to protect from possible water intrusion during shipping and back-filled with packing peanuts. We take shipping seriously to ensure safe arrival.
International buyers welcome. We have shipped these units as far East as Romania and as far west as New Zealand with no problems.
