That way entire box will be shipped back to us at carrier expense.If you accept the item and find some damage when box gets opened, you areobligated to notify us within 48 hrs. You are also obligated to keep allpackaging materials, including inner and outer packaging, all fill materials, Styrofoaminserts, bubbles, boxes and labels. We will file the claim with the carrierright away. We need your full cooperation in these situations. Your refunddepends on how quickly we can get the process moving. You will also beobligated to take the pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged item andprovide it to us within the same time frame. Once the claim gets filed, carrierat their discretion may or may not pick the item from your facility forinspection or return to us. 2.) You received wrong item.
