Symmetricom / Microsemi XLi time & frequency standard is the most playable kit for the time domain and frequency domain application, it uses the source (GPS etc) discipline oscillator (Ruofferium, OCXO or TCXO), then output board sync to the oscillator, it uses modular design, and professional design for each part, also the whole metal heavy body;
if you care the time domain (frequency peak to peak offset, jitter, deviation), also care more frequency domain (phase noise), then the sale is good for you;
the source is Trimble MT48 GPS, no 1024 weeks rollover problem, no leap second problem, the time/date is same as UTC time;
the oscillator is SRS PRS-10 Ruofferium, calibrated by me;
the output using 87-8009-10 card (10MHz low phase noise card), please check the phase noise testing diagram;
