Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems Circuit-Lock HBLDS6 enclosed non-fused disconnect switch. Nameplate: CAT. NO. HBLDS6, 60 AMP, 600 VAC Max, Type 4X, 12K, IP69K, cULus Listed 127G Manual Motor Controller, Suitable as Motor Disconnect, NSF. Inside is the Hubbell HBLDS60100RS 3-pole rotary switch block (IEC/EN 60947-3, Ith 100 A, Ui 690 Vac, CE, Product of Poland) with its HP table printed on the label: 3-phase 30 HP at 240 V, 50 HP at 480 V, 50 HP at 600 V; single-phase 15 HP at 240 V. Screw terminals 1 L1 / 3 L2 / 5 L3 top, 2 T1 / 4 T2 / 6 T3 bottom, Cu wire only, torque 50 lb-in (10-2 AWG) or 65 lb-in (1-2/0 AWG). Green/yellow ground terminal block and blue neutral terminal block mounted beside the switch. "Drip loop required when using top feed" factory label inside. Gray UV-stabilized composite enclosure with gasketed cover, four captive cover screws and a red OSHA-style lockout handle; the cover cannot be removed with the switch in the ON position (Hubbell literature). This catalog number is discontinued by Hubbell and replaced by the HBLDS60, so this is a direct match for an existing HBLDS6 installation.
What you get: one (1) HBLDS6 disconnect switch, cover and base, with the switch block, ground and neutral blocks installed, plus the two factory accessory bags shown in the photos (conduit hub fittings and mounting hardware). No original box, no instruction sheet.
Condition: Unused, never installed or wired; terminal screws are untouched. The enclosure shows light storage dust and faint handling scuffs on the cover and sides, which is why it is listed as New - Open box rather than New. Sold as surplus outside the Hubbell authorized channel, so no manufacturer warranty is implied. Not electrically tested.
