This motor will replace the Manitowoc Factory replacement exactly, at about half the cost.The replacement motor is 115/230 volt and reversible.It will also replace the P.#2412939.It is the same 1/15 Hp and 1550 Rpm.We are an Electric Motor Company and have been replacing these for a long time with these motors.The Replacement motor also has sealed ball bearings instead of sleeve bearings which the factory motor comes with and is cause of the failure of the motor 99% of the time because you can\'t get to them to oil them.It replaces the factory motor-MARATHON-M#5KPM84DFK225S
