Built-in Vacuum Sensor VS Micron Gauge: Due to the different placements of vacuum sensors, the vacuum reading of the pump may vary with the micron gauge which is connected to the system. The airflow is not the same at different placements in the system when vacuuming. The air density is larger which is far away from the pump, so the readings of vacuum are high.

Oil Mist Notes:

When starting vacuuming, the pressure is relatively high, the air outlet is large. The vacuum pump has a large exhaust volume. So there will be oil mist overflowing with gas. This is a common feature of rotary vane vacuum pumps. Oil mist appears at first which is a normal phenomenon. When the vacuum drops to a very low value, the exhausting volume is small and there will be no oil mist. Therefore, the vacuum pump should regularly inspect the oil level to avoid running out of oil.

Intelligent Control Motor and Solenoid Valve

Reach the target vacuum value and holding time, the motor will stop automatically
When the vacuum pump increase, the motor will start work automatically
When oil and shell temperature exceeds the limit, it will stop automatically within 10s
When motor stops for 1s, the solenoid valve will close automatically to avoid the oil be suck to vacuum sensor

View Vacuum Change in Real Time

When the vacuum value drops below60,000 microns, the real-time vacuum graph and value will display

Notes: Above60,000 microns, vacuum value is not shown and screen shows --. The waiting time for the vacuum reading is longer for a large system.

Keep Deep Vacuum

Set the holding time to let the vacuum pump continue working after the target value is state.

System Leakage Level Judgement

When the vacuum is stable, check the leakage possibility from 0 to 100 levels. 0 represent uncertain leakage. The larger the number, the greater the possibility of the leakage.

Estimated Completion time

When the vacuum is stable, the vacuum pump and App shows the estimated job completion time including holding time.

Vacuum Alarm

When the vacuum reaches the alarm value, the mobile phone will alarm and vibrate.

Export Data Report

View historical data and export by Excel or PDF via App. Allow uses further analysis the data.
