The ControlByWeb X-600M-I is a versatile, Ethernet-based industrial controller designed for remote monitoring, automation, and expansion of I/O systems. It combines the flexibility of a programmable logic controller with a built-in web server, allowing configuration, control, and status monitoring from a standard web browser—without requiring proprietary software or recurring licensing fees.

Designed for larger industrial and OEM applications, the X-600M-I can serve as the central controller for a highly expandable system. It supports up to 64 compatible expansion modules and up to 1,024 total I/O points, allowing users to build a customized setup with relays, digital inputs, analog inputs, thermocouple inputs, and other compatible ControlByWeb modules.

The unit features two 10/100 Ethernet ports with an integrated Layer 2 switch for convenient network integration. It supports common networking and industrial communication options including HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, SMTP email notifications, Modbus TCP/IP, and ControlByWeb remote-services communication. Built-in logic tools, scheduling, customizable web dashboards, logging, graphing, peer-to-peer communication, and optional Lua scripting make it suitable for a wide range of automation needs.

Additional features include USB host/device connections for data handling, internal or USB-based logging, real-time clock scheduling, and support for up to 32 compatible DS18B20 1-Wire temperature sensors. The controller accepts 9–28 VDC power and is housed in a compact industrial-grade enclosure suitable for DIN-rail or panel-mounted installations.
