1. Calculation Method for Unknown Reducer Ratio and Screw Pitch
When the reducer ratio and screw pitch are unknown, you can use the following method to calculate the actual required input parameters:

First, move the work platform to the actual minimum 0mm position, and adjust the current position of the thickness gauge to 0mm as well.
Then, move the worktable to the position where the gauge displays 100mm (A), and measure the actual dimension (B) of the current worktable.
Multiply the actual dimension (B) by the preset parameter in the thickness gauge (factory default: 250000), then divide the result by the dimension (A) displayed on the current thickness gauge. The resulting value is the actual parameter value that needs to be set.

2. CH525 Coefficient Setting Method

First, turn off the power. Press and hold the SET key, then turn on the power while keeping the key pressed. The screen will enter the parameter input mode.
Input the calculated parameter value as prompted. For example: if the parameter is "000000", press the 0 key six times, then press the SET key to confirm.
Press the STOP key to exit the parameter input mode.
