Assembly

The shredder features a simplistic modular design with clamping/compression and bolting, making it easy to assemble or disassemble for teeth cutting combinations.

Assembly: The shredder features a simplistic modular design with clamping/compression and bolting, making it easy to assemble or disassemble for teeth cutting combinations.

Motor: Not included. Recommended single-phase 3kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (350+Nm).

A 2KW motor RPM 1400 provides an excellent 310Nm on 30.1 ratio and 58RPM. To ensure proper motor-torque combination to avoid underpowering or overpowering issues. Torque calculator available on request.

Coupling: LoveJoy L100 or L110 couplings with spider shock absorbers are highly recommended for connecting the gearbox to the shredder shaft (couplings not included).
