This miniature waterproof DC-DC step-down converter takes an 8–24V DC input (nominally 12V) and delivers a clean, regulated 6V output at up to 2.5A (15W). It's a straightforward, epoxy-sealed way to power 6V electronics -- including classic automobile gauges -- directly from a 12V battery or vehicle system.
⚠️ Before You Buy: Your 12V input supply must be able to provide at least 15W of power (roughly 1.25A at 12V) to deliver the full rated 6V/2.5A output. If the input supply can't keep up, the output voltage will sag below 6V.
