4060 timer calculation

I am building a circuit that using a 4060 timer that has a 60 minute cycle, but I am not sure how to calculate the values at pins 9, 10, and 11. I know the resistors at pin 10 and the capacitor at 9 affect the oscillation cycle, but what is the resistor at pin 11 for? How can i calculate the values I need and what are the ideal ranges for each?
