nnp and ppn!! ever heard of that?
they perform not.

if you team them up, you can make
an amplifier out of batteries.

Ive got my own version of a MOSFET now too.

...........battery.........
..............-...............
..............|..............
signal..-.->.\->...+.signal

the difference is, you use it to change polarity WITHOUT changing the content of it being a 1 or 0.

so i take -1, to be my signal, be it 1 or 0 doesnt matter.

then i add 2 to it. (thats the simplified MOSFET.)

then I do a sneaky trick, do 2 parallel bipolar junctions and make 2 replicas of the opposite of the signal and put it back.

so. -1 -> +1

then 0 -> -2 + 2 -> 0

Can any other member make any sense of this stuff, and so justify my not deleting it?

pebe,
None of his rambling text, drawings, photos...and especially his videos...make any sense to me either.
