I have a CNC machine that has 2 120v outputs on the control box that are controlled by the software. I need to protect these outputs because I have blown the internal relays and I don't want to do this again. Can I run a contactor out of these 120v outputs to control another designated circuit that controls my equipment? If so can somone please draw a schematic? I know about house wiring and that's about it. Relays or contactors I have studied about and understand what they do but am kind of lost as how to make a circuit. Someone has told me how to use a DC voltage wall wart and a solid state relay from these 120v outputs to control another designated 120v output for my equipment, but I would rather not mess with the DC wall warts. Thanks
