Need 555 flyback circuit w/ adjustable frequency and pulse

I need a 555 timer circuit with separate, variable frequency and variable pulse to drive a flyback transformer from a crt monitor. Its purpose is to pulse a special coil with high voltage and high frequency.

I Googled for "555 flyback circuit w/ adjustable frequency and pulse" and got 487,000 hits.

Surely at least one of them must be just what you want?
