Capacitor from Mac mini logic board - what is it?

Hi there does anyone know what sort of capacitor this is and what it's rating might be?

Just C13 and 39 written on it... About 7mm long and feels plastic rather than metal.
It is taken form a mac mini motherboard / logic board. The caps on this board seem to be rated at 16V.
