Hello,
After searching around I was unable to find anything on an op amp that I need for a monitor circuit.
Background: I have an RV that I just added SOLAR to and I totally rewired the batteries/solar control center. Currently I am only going to monitor the 12VDC side of the RV, 110VAC will come later. I have 3 shunt resisters that I installed. A 500 amp (75mV) for monitoring the entire RV electrical usage. A 30 amp (50mV) shunt for the normal 12VDC items in the RV. A 30 amp (50mV) shunt to monitor the amps from the RV alternator charging the house batteries.
Being that the main shunt is 0 to 75mV, I will need to increase that voltage for the Arduino to monitor it and the same goes for the othe 2 shunts that are 0 to 50mV. So this is where my question comes in, does anyone know of an op amp that I could use to increase the shunt voltage? The output of the opamp should max out at 5VDC.
Thanks in advance for any assistance,
Don
