Hello. I need to replace one of electronic component I think its Diode or Zener Diode, the device (power door lock) for My car, the Diode has printing code numbers 8, 51, and Letter T, as you see in the attached photos I would like to know what Diode, and please help me to identify it, and its value, and how many Volt and watt ? because I need to buy new one to replace it . hope to hear from you soon . thanks,,
