Identify smd component

Hi,
I have a smd component I need to identify its a SOT-23 package with marking B3, I have google it but with no great look, I have found datasheets saying its a dual common anode but also datasheets saying its dual common cathode noting concrete, I need to find a replace part either exact or similar, has anyone come across this before, any help would be appreciated thanks.
