Can any one tell me how to convert 12vdc 700mA to 10vdc 750mA

You should be using a DC-DC buck converter.

Go to www.national.com

You need to find a tool called Power architect.

Enter input and output voltages, you will be presented with a choice of different circuits.

Choose one which suits your efficiency requirements its (0.75*10)/(12*.7) = about 89%. You will get plenty of results with efficiency > 89%

Hello,
You can use a LM7810 Voltage Regulator. Because you are droping the voltage 2 volts you can probable get the extra 50 mil.
