Please help me make this circuit into a breadboard circuit

hello please help me make a breadboard version of this combinational logic circuit

I dont know how to do it, can someone please do it for me.

What is the circuit supposed to do? At first sight it seems an elaborate method of switching an LED on and off.

Diodes D1 and D2 appear to be doing nothing, and the values of R1 and R2 seem to be reversed.

(Edit): Both batteries share a common -ve terminal, so why two batteries; you only need one.
