Car Window delay???? WTF?

I have a convertible that I am building and I am looking to replicate the electric windows found on new cars (mustangs, t-birds, beetles, etc.,) where the window drops a little bit when you touch the door handle and goes back up when the door is shut.

I have seen this duplicated on some cars at the car shows...but cannot figure out how to wire it...
