send cirquit data over internet. cirquit

Hi to begin with I am sorry if there is another post about this. I have done a search. But dit not find anything.
My problem is a want to make a cirquit that measures something, and this measurement i want to have it send directly to the internet trough a router or Wireless router. So i Can se the info on a homepage.

How should i build this cirquit. Or what should i look at when Building it. IF you have cirquit examples i would really ve glad for them.
Hope some Ones can help me.
