which input is first

I have 2 digital inputs.I want to which input is high first.
Let the two inputs be A and B,
If A goes high first then B,I've to get output as high.if B is high first output should be low.can anyone tell me how to implement this logic using simple gates and flip flops?

Interesting,
I dont think you would need flip flops in this problem, perhaps with inputs running through individual NAND gates, and then have the output of the NAND gate removing 5v from the 2nd input of the opposite NAND gate. basically to disconnect other input.

Just a line of thought.

How long should the output be high for (if A was first)..?
Just until the next A or B high?
