if we have 2 series resistance ,the first takes like 30% of the voltage do the 70 % remaining percent of the voltage must go to the second voltage or it can take only 20% and the remaing 50 % goes back to the supply ?

Further to I_Daniel's reply to you, I would add the following.

This question has nothing to do with circuits, so you should have posted it in the 'newbies' section.

That said, if you apply a voltage to two resistors in series, the same current will flow through both of them. So from Ohm’s Law, if one resistor has 30% of the voltage developed across it, then the other one [u]must[/u] have the other 70% developed across it.
