Grab RS485 ASCII stream and present to internet.

New guy here.

At the 10,000 foot view, I have an ASCII stream of data presented on a pin that I'd like to access via the internet.

I am able to convert output to TTL, or whatever is required. I would like this information accessable via my wireless router. I understand that I'll need NAT translation at the router level and all that stuff, but I don't know how to get the output to the IP stack.

I was thinking Arduino, or Raspberry PI maybe.
