hi there plz can anyone help???

my project is to make a fan stop if i come near the ultrasonic receiver/transmitter
my tools are (4047 ic) - opamp lm358 - comparator lm339n -and forsure the ultrasonic receiver/transmitter
can anyone show me how to make the circuit
12v battery
