CAN SOME ONE HELP ME ?

i want to charge the two batteries in series whose rating is 12Volt17Ah + 12Volt17Ah, please suggest me the best charger circuit with indication (i.e battery Low,battery under cahrge, battery full charge.) for both.

Secondly,i want to run the 24volt DC Motor in Forward and Reverse direction with Fast and Normal Speed.
