Boost regulator circuit

I am designing a new voltage boost circuit for my college project, which should be safe to use. The requirements are:
Vin = 1.5 or 3 V, Vout=5V with current ranging from 300 to 700 mA
I have created this schematic using L6920DC boost regulator in which I have missed the bare necessities i.e capacitor, resistor, inductor for simplicity.
