12v led light

hi, i wish to light up my 12v led strips, is there a way where i can supply smaller voltage and still light it up or is there a
very very slim or small battery that can supply 12v power.

Have a look at N type batteries, as far as I know they dont do rechargeable ones, but they are about the smallest 12v battery you can get.
