peak and hold circuit

Hi
I have 12 volt dc 1-valve print head that operates by Pulse-width modulation. The 12volts is constant for no more than 200 microseconds and then it has 3volt Holding pulse till the duty cycle is finished which is around 1200 microseconds. My problem is I can’t find a peak and hold circuit to solve the switching between 12volt and 3volts with a holding Capacitor.
