10 switch channels

I am making quadcopter without micro controller
and I will make 10 level of speed with 10 different 555 circuits
I just change the top resistor in each 555 circuit
my question is there any switch or something
as I put its output to 10 resistors connected to the same 555 circuit
so when I want one speed I make its resistor connected to 5v
and the other open circuit

what do mean by 10 circuits and 10 resistors ? Are you trying to create different pwm with 10 timer ic ? Or one circuit with choosing different resistors for each pwm?
