Need Help with a Timer LED circuit

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and fairly new to electronics too. can anyone help me with a circuit I need to design and build?

I need to build a timer circuit that will switch on a Red and then a Green LED alternately every (30 - 40 seconds, variable would be even better). Also, if possible, I would like to sound a buzzer (1-2 secs) every time the green LED is lit. This cycle would continue until the circuit is switched off... Oh and yes I need an ON/OFF switch to the circuit.

can anyone help with an exiting circuit design? I am quite new to this though, so nothing too complicated please.
