IR TX AND RX HELP

sir,
we are doing a project that uses a IR remote to light a candle.

For this purpose we assume to use a IR transmitter and receiver and it will act as a switch to connect a 12 v battery to a copper wire.
we need the circuit for that IR transmitter and receiver with a range of 5 meters.


help me sir.
