SP24T Analog switch controlled digitally (Computer)

I was wondering if someone knows if there is a switch available which has two inputs 12VDC +,- and about 24 output contacts. I am looking be able to control the switch by computer via USB, serial, paralell, etc. I want to be able to select either if the inputs to any of the outputs separately.

If there is not something with two inputs I could use one input which could select one of 24 outputs which could be controlled by a computer. I am basically looking to control an analog switch with one input to one of 24 outputs by computer. I hope I am not looking for something which doesnt exist I just can not find it. Help!!!!!! Thanks
