PCB Component Level Trobleshooting

Hello everyone, I'm trying to find resources online regarding component level trobleshooting techniques on PCBs? can't find very much information or videos, any suggestions would help. Thank you.

Does any one know of any PCB repair trobleshooting Forums? :D

I currently do component level troubleshooting on boards with low component counts, I'm looking to get more into complex PCBs and would like to learn more.
