Should have gotten more powerful charger. Dogs were getting in my garden and tearing up plants, thought this charger would suffice but still had a big hound who made himself at home by digging out three tomato plants and laying down making a bed. Put three strands of electric braided fence tape around my small40x60 garden. Keeping my fingers crossed and hope this will work.

I purchased this fencer to go around my dog kennel to keep out unwanted guest. Worked good for about 2 months. Light shows it's working but you can hold the wire in your hand with no results. It's supposed to cover up to 2 miles but I had on 180 feet of wire. Being raised having hogs, cows and horses hooking up and using a" fence box" is not a problem. I purchased a different charger and problem is solved.
