    Love Serta's This is no exception!

    Got this chair for my husband. I am a 70 year old women and I PUT IT TOGETHER!!!! (Every thing you need to put it together is there for you) Also when you put on the back it says not to total tighten, and the reason is that when you put on the arms they need a little give to get to there screw holes, (found that out !!! The hard way) SO DO NOT TOTALY TIGHTEN THE BACK TO THE BASE until you get the arms on. I would say If you are like me, READ IT ALL before you start putting it together. But the chair is really heavy and I was not going to take it off it legs to put the housing on. 1st and foremost my husband is 6'1 and 250 lbs. This chair holds even heavier fellows than that, and you can truly see it in the quality of the chair, The only chairs that has stood up to the test was Serta, and I ...

    Nice comfortable chair with conditions

    If Serta is putting their name on a product then they should check the quality from time to time. Nice and comfortable but here again time will tell. Not crazy about plastic base and a 400 lb. rating. Not crazy about soft hardware that I had to replace with grade 5 & 8 bolts. Not crazy about the factory jig being off the mark in the seat itself making it necessary grind out the mounting holes for the back support to bolt up.

    Dissapointed

    Arrived, box was damage free. Stitching on top section of seat was crooked, leaving a section unsewed, contacted the number provided,4-6 weeks for a replacement, where the armrests thread into the seat the fastener was stripped out so one armrest is loose. It was easy to assemble, a little on the heavy side. The chair aside from being shorter than most computer chairs, not to mention very limited height adjustment, is very comfortable. If the quality control was better I'd rate it higher. Shouldn't have quality issues in this price range.

    Office Chair

    I spend a lot of time in my office chair in my home office a minimum 10 hours daily. This chair provides excellent support and my back is ok after sitting in it. This was not the case for the past two chairs that lasted about 3 years each. The last chair provided so little support I could not stand up straight after sitting in it for a couple of hours after it was over a year old , I had to gradually straighten up or lay flat to get my back right. I am now using this chair to watch my TV with an ottoman to rest my legs. The arms do loosen up I have tightened them twice hopefully the bonded leather veneer will not come off as was the case with the last 2 after a year or so. Ask me the above questions next year !

    Tranquility Exec Chair

    Great chair. Generous padding and strong enough to bear my 265 Lbs. Like virtually everybody else I had a little trouble getting the arms to screw in tight and stay that way. Still not perfected it. Must be a design flaw. But this is a small thing compared to the benefits. I can sit in this chair for hours and have also slept in it. Just a quality item.
