PHILOSPHY : A friend of mine has anauto parts business. Several years agohe mentioned that there are three things you look for when buying parts. Price, Quality and Service. He said that you can have any two ofthem. And, there is a lot of truth tothis. You can have great quality and greatservice. However, you should then expectto pay more. A good price and goodservice should cause you to question the quality of what you arereceiving. I strive for better thanaverage price, quality and service. I donot always make it but that is the goal.

RETURNS: In a perfect world there would never be aneed for a return. However, the world isnot perfect and neither are we.Therefore, returns are inevitable. With this in mind, the followingrepresents my view of returns and how they should be handled.

First, returns fall into two main categories.Group One: There is something wrong with what you received. The item does not work or does not workproperly. Group Two: The wrong item waspurchased, you found a better price, or you simply changed your mind.

Group One:There is something wrong with the item you received. Before you send the item back and before youleave negative response, communicate with me.As clearly as possible document what is wrong. I will do what I can to rectify thesituation. If the item needs to bereturned I will waive the 20% restocking fee. However, this will only happen if you communicate first.

Group Two:You changed your mind. In this case youwill definitely need to send the item back. However, you will need to obtain an RMA number first. Additionally, please note the following. Youwill need to pay for return shipping. This includes proper packing and handling so that the item is notdamaged during shipping. A 20%restocking fee will be charged. Thereason for this is relatively simple. Most items ship with free shipping.Actually shipping is not free. Ipay for it out of the cost of the item. The 20% restocking fee covers some or all of the actual shippingcosts. Additionally, I have to spendtime testing the item and getting it ready to resell.

SHIPPING: I usually ship either USPS orFedEx. Small items go USPS. Larger itemsgo FedEx. However, this does not mean that any particular item will be shippedUSP{S or FedEx. That determination ismade during shipping.

Most of mylistings show shipping as being free. This is actually not true.Shipping is never free. I pay forshipping. Shipping costs are part ofwhat you pay for the item. It just doesnot show as a separate charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I use ’sinternational shipping exclusively. Ihave found that is a really, really poor idea to ship internationally any otherway. Please do not ask for an exception.
