Note the card you receive may have an additional tab on the back/bottom corner - a mounting point for a rear panel bracket. NO rear panel bracket is included.

Notes: This card was installed in a PC and we verified that it will load the testing system and ran a few tests. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
