Warranty:

- For items that are sold with a warranty, Excalibur Engineering will warrant the equipment to be as described and in working condition for the specified period. If the item is being sold with a warranty, the warranty period will be specified in the item description. The warranty is null and void if the calvoid seals have been broken or removed.

- If no warranty period is declared, the item is being sold with E-Bay standard 14 days Right of Return Policy unless otherwise stated.

Returns:

Not happy? Excalibur Engineering offers a 14 Days Right of Return Policy. If the item is not as described, return the item within 14 days for a refund. Buyer is to pay all shipping costs for items being returned. Item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, or the item cannot be returned. Right of Return policy is null and void if the cal void seals have been broken or removed.

Shipping Methods:

1.UPS and FedEx are our preferred methods of shipping. Unless you request otherwise, your quote will be for UPS shipping. UPS can only deliver toAlaskaandHawaiiby their Second Day or Next Day Air Services.2.We donotship via U.S. Postal Service, please do not ask us to.

3.Items designated as local pick up, will require the buyer to make all arrangements for pick up or freight shipping.

4.Other Shipping Services:
a.If you have an account with another shipping company, we will be more than happy to ship through them on your account. We will need you to make all the arrangements and forward us ALL the documentation required. We will need an Air Bill (issued by the freight company) filled out AND your account number.
b.Due to the amount of paperwork and time that goes into orders being shipped, there is a non-refundable handling fee that will be included in the shipping quote. This fee is non-negotiable! This fee applies even if you provide your own carrier.
