Unless otherwise stated all Tubes are 100% Tested, Guaranteed ( see return policy), and carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage. Shipping will generally take place within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.By ordering from Old Guy Radiola you agree to the policies stated herein.

Buying and Offers-All questions, conditions, and constraints shall be made prior to making an offer or purchase, anyconstraints after placement of the order are null and void.Examine your equipment and required tube numbers carefully we are not responsible if you buy the wrong tube. Incorrect tubes may be destroyed by placing in the wrong socket we cannot give credit for tubes plugged into the wrong socket. Any credit, if given shall be at our discretion and is subject to the restocking fee stated herein.

NOS– This is “New Old Stock” and since vacuum tubes were made 30 – 70 years ago New Old Stock may have cosmetic evidence of age.This includes poor print, oxidized pins, faint discoloration, or some grime. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing we test all tubes to assure they function “as new”.

Seller Refurbished– These are tubes that are used with clear discolorations from use. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing as “as is” we test all tubes to assure they function above the minimum rating. For heavy oxidation we will clean the pins.

Photographs– Examine the photographs carefully to assure that the item meets your expectation for print, codes, discoloration, oxidation and other cosmetic defects. These are photographs of the actual product listed, we do not use “Stock Photographs”

Tone Quality / Noise / Microphonics:The tone, noise, and microphonics of a vacuum tube is very subjective. Standard testing of the tubes that we offer for sale do not include any of this type of testing. Contact us prior to placing an order for a price quote for any noise or microphionic testing.When our listings include descriptions such as “sounds great” or “low noise” this refers to the general opinion of the audiophile industry for a specific manufacturer and tube construction.Unless a listing says that it is “guaranteed low noise\" or \"guaranteed no microphonics” these conditions will not be considered defective.

International Shipments:We strive to service the international community by offering low cost First Class Shipping. This method of Shipment does not track once it leaves the US. We cannot guarantee delivery for these packages. If the Seller chooses this type of delivery they cannot make any claim for “not received”. We recommend the buyer purchase shipment options with tracking. Return Policy– For any issues that you agree to contact us first, we will try to assist you in a fair and equable manner.Any Buyerwho does not contact us prior to making a clam or refund request will be subject to being blocked. Any buyer who makes false clams or statements will be blocked, and reported to and the Tube Sellers Association.Except for “as is listings” we guarantee our tube against defects for mutual conductance, voltage, and leakage. The testing is done on Vintage tube testers. Transistorized tube testers such as the AT-1000 results are not considered valid as they differ from the original manufacturers test set. If a tube is determined to be defective we will refund or replace with a “like tube” at our choosing.All claims shall be made within 14 days of shipment. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Unless a listing says that it is “guaranteed low noise, or guaranteed no microphonics” these conditions will not be considered defective. Non defective returns are subject a 25% restocking charge. Merchandise must be returned to us before any replacement, or credit is issued. Contact us for return address and RMA#, shipments received without an RMA numbers are subject to refusal. Once an RMA is issued we must receive a tracking number within 5 days, or the RMA will be canceled.
