Most items are dispatched with The Royal Mail postal method, it will take 1-5 days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days. (It can take 3-15 days for an international item to be delivered)
All of our merchandise is stocked at our Hertfordshire warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting! Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with is valid as we may not be able to respond.

*Most items which are not received are caused by incomplete addresses such as no door Numbers, street name or incorrect postcodes. 1) All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the Messaging System. Please do not rely on external email.

2) Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.

3) Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your User Id and Item Number.

4) Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
