Here\'s a very nice handcrafted AM broadband tunable radio transmitter which is designed to broadcast music.The operating frequency range is 800-1600 KHz with VFO control and the output power is 10.0 Watts (10000 mW).It\'s frequency can be adjusted by a single tuning knob which controls a BB112 tuning diode.This transmitter is an enchanced version of my other tunable AM units which offers more range and utilizes6 transistors. You can connect the AF input (modulator input) directly to a casetteplayer, MP3 Player, Ipod, PC sound card, mobile phone or CD player\'s output and you can listen your music onyour AM radio whatever if the radio is old or new.Also you can connect a microphone preamplifier if you want to transmit your voice. It operates on 15-16 Volts DC(DC power supply operated) (power supply not included). You only need a good quality DC 15V power adapter anda telescopic or wire antenna (a few meters long) to run this AM transmitter. Two 150W 100V RF power mosfets areused at the output section to withstand high VSWR levels due to random type mismatched antennas.
