Dual gate MOSFET heterodyne mixer

Any ideas or info related to a heterodyne mixer for combining 2 ultrasonic frequencies,
getting the sum & difference and using a low pass filter to get a frequency that can be
heard? A dual-gate MOSFET could possibly be used as the mixer.
