Can you give the circuit and details of the voltage and current of the motor you are using?

The circuit is on Wikipedia article joules theif, out voltage of the circuit is 3 volt and enough to run the led but when I connect a dc toy motor its not work.. My question is that joules theif gives out put in wave form which is sufficient to light up my led but can a small nearly mini dc motor is able to run via joules theif circuit??

The problem is that the circuit does not provide enough power for a small motor; a LED will light on 10mA whereas a small motor will need several hundred milliamps to start up.

You said in your duplicated posting that the motor will run on 1.5V, directly. So why are you trying to make it run using this circuit?
