Raspberry Pi Smart Power Socket Extensions Board

Hi all,

I'm happy to have found this forum, I hope I am not spamming or wasting anyone's time with my post.

I am trying to make a power socket extension board with 4 sockets & the sockets being controlled by a Raspberry Pi (running a web server & connected to an ET-Opto-Relay-4 board - http://www.micro4you.com/files/ETT/ET-OPTO-RELAY4.pdf)

Problem is, though I was an Electronics student about 12 yrs back, I seem to be drawing a blank & can't understand for the love of God as to how to interface the Raspberry Pi to OPTO-RELAY4 board. Can someone help me here please? (for all practical purposes you can consider me a bumbling Idiot who needs step by step instructions).
