Need to confirm equation for this circuit

This circuit is named ((AB)' + (CD)'). However, isn't the correct equation ((AB)' + (CD)')' ? Comments are invited, I'd like to get a consensus on this.

Hi AARRGGHHH,

I believe
Code: Select all
((AB)' + (CD)')' 
is the correct equation for this.

Oops, think you are right.
It looks like ((AB)' + (CD)')' to me.
