Which part is this?

It comes from silva/nexus wind transducer unit.

In front of these sensor is a ball with black and white colors.

By good operation my measurement is:
pin 1: 10,5V
Pin 3: switch from 10,5V to 6V when the ball turns.

I 'am looking for a part number, that I can use as replacement.
replacement need to have same dimensions.

Dimension: front 4,6mm x 5,7mm side 2,3mm

Someone can help me with these?
